At MadMix Lab, we don’t just teach children science,

MadMix is a hands-on STEM learning experience for children aged 4–12, where science, engineering, creativity and problem-solving come together.
Children experiment, design, build, test, fail, improve and try again — developing the confidence to turn their own ideas into solutions.

Because the future won’t just need children who know the right answers.
It will need children who know what questions to ask — and have the courage to find their own solutions.

What We Do In the Lab

More Than Experiments

Every MadMix session begins with curiosity — but it doesn’t end with the “wow”.

Children are challenged to observe, question, investigate, create and improve.

They might explore a scientific phenomenon, engineer a solution, design a prototype or tackle a real-world challenge. As their skills grow, they learn to explain their thinking, collaborate with others and turn an idea into something they can actually create.

We’re not trying to create little scientists who memorise facts.

We’re building curious thinkers, confident problem-solvers and future creators.

BIology

Explore the science of living things.

Children investigate the human body, plants, animals, microorganisms and ecosystems through hands-on experiments, models and real-world challenges.

Discover how and why things happen.

From chemical reactions and materials to forces, energy, light, air and electricity, children experiment, predict, test and question the world around them.

Engineering

Imagine it. Build it. Test it. Improve it.

Children tackle design challenges, create prototypes and learn that when something doesn’t work, it’s an opportunity to rethink, redesign and try again.
